1. Accessing Learning Offerings & Logging In
-
Where can I access Learn by YouthREX courses and resources?
All Learn by YouthREX offerings can be accessed at learn.youthrex.com. Additional resources, such as the Knowledge Hub, REX Blog, and the Evaluation Toolkit, are available at youthrex.com. The sign-in prompt is located in the upper-right corner of the homepage.
-
How do I log in for the first time, and what should I do after logging in?
Use the email you provided during registration along with the default password:
- learn123 for general accounts
- workshop1234 if you signed up for a workshop
If you already set a password, use that one. We strongly recommend updating your password after your first login for security. Please note that your welcome email, including your login information, will be sent to the email provided during registration.
-
Can I share my login details with others in my organization?
No. Each learner must complete the learning offerings individually. If someone in your organization wants to participate, they can sign up for free directly on the Learn platform.
2. Registration & Account Access
-
I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have ended up there. If you still haven’t received it, try re-registering using an incognito or private browser window, or clear your browser cache. When submitting the registration form, be sure to click Done to submit, and then click Done again on the next screen to complete your registration successfully.
-
I get an error page when trying to register. How can I fix this?
Try using an incognito/private browser window or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, email [email protected].

Your login details include the email provided at registration and a temporary password, which is sent on the first day of your learning offering. If you have already changed your password and are experiencing issues, you can use the “Forgot Password?” link to reset it.
4. Accessing & Completing Your Courses
-
How do I access my courses and track my progress?
Log in and click “My Dashboard” in the upper-right corner to view your courses. To track progress and ensure completion, make sure to click the “Complete and Continue” button at the end of each lesson, even if you are only listening to audio files or reading transcripts.
-
Can I work through the course at my own pace or in a group?
Yes! You can complete the courses anytime that suits you. Lectures can be downloaded as audio files, transcripts, and slides for offline use. If you are working with colleagues, each person must use their own login to receive proper credit and certificates.
-
How long will I have access to the learning materials?
You have eight weeks from registration to complete the certificates.
-
What if my course access expires or I can’t finish on time?
Email [email protected] with your request, and we will do our best to help. Learners can also sign up for future offerings if needed.
-
Can I keep the course materials?
Yes, lecture slides, audio files, and transcripts can be downloaded for future reference. Download links are located under each video lecture.
5. Technical Troubleshooting
-
I see “Access Denied” or pages aren’t loading properly. What should I do?
Log out completely, clear your browser cache, and log back in. If the problem continues, try accessing the site using Google Chrome, which is the most compatible browser for Learn by YouthREX.
-
Videos, audio, or quizzes aren’t loading. How can I fix this?
Refresh your browser, clear the cache, or switch to Chrome if you are using another browser. If audio is quiet or missing, use headphones or check your system volume settings. If the issue persists, contact [email protected].

Modules aren’t marked as complete even after finishing.
Ensure you click the “Complete and Continue” button at the end of each section. This step is necessary even if you are only listening to audio files or reading transcripts.
